At 21, the Phoenix native also made fun of the Coyotes

Imagine the reaction of Quebec hockey fans if a talented young Quebec player, visiting the Bell Centre, took the opportunity to intimidate the Montreal Canadiens. It would be annoying, wouldn’t it?

The answer is yes.

This sounds a little like what just happened in Arizona. Matthew Knies, a rookie Maple Leafs player who was born in Phoenix, took advantage of his time at home to intimidate the Coyotes.

I wonder what Auston Matthews thinks…

Basically, when asked how many tickets he was going to buy for tomorrow’s game at Mullett Arena, he responded that he was happy to play in front of his friends and family… after saying this:

I think I’ll have 50-60 people for the game, which will probably be a whole section in that arena. –Matthew Knies

No, he wasn’t respectful to his hometown team and there’s a part of me that doesn’t like to see that…

But deep down, I still find it funny. The Coyotes are so ridiculous that they deserve these comments. It is not the fault of André Tourigny, who does what he can with the means at his disposal, but it is time for this circus to end.

Evidently, there is more and more talk about a possible move by the Coyotes. The name Salt Lake City appears more and more in discussions about this topic.

I don’t see the link between Quebec and the Coyotes though, but oh well.

Keep in mind that it’s really starting to get to midnight one for the Coyotes. If a plan is not found to keep them in the desert, they are expected to move to Salt Lake City.

In fact, I’m increasingly of the opinion that there will be NHL hockey in Utah in 2024-25.

A lot

– I can not wait to see it.

– We still don’t know who will be in net tomorrow or if Jordan Harris will be able to play.

– Yeah.

– How much better would CH be with Kirby Dach? (Sports BPM)

– Attention football fans.

– He deserves the Calder.
